It's Not Only About the Content: People, Culture, and Processes within Climate Justice Education
- This 3 hour professional learning session takes a deep look at the ideas and resources featured in a webinar with Dr. Philip Bell, Dr. Deb L. Morrison, and Lindsey Kirkland. Educators will consider how their personal stories around climate justice affect how they engage in the work, develop a network of partners to do justice work, and consider Climate Generation’s frameworks and curricular resources for engaging students in action.
- Meant to be paired with the corresponding Climate Teacher Ed Webinar from UW Institute of Science + Math Education to facilitate educator learning about the featured form of climate justice learning pedagogy for their own local context.
